its all happening

I've been a craft making machine the last few weeks (apparently it's either baking or crafts as on outlet for me). But it really has been fun. I've been able to praise God through the way he created me... to be creative! I've been inspired by God's promises, etsy.com, my friends, Beth Moore, and each heartbeat that I am praying for.

God has been good to me. Through some pretty gnarly trails He has led me to lean on him and really fall in love with Him. I don't know how anyone could live without His unfailing love, grace, mercy, and hope. Really the hope I find in Him is all I can live for. "Life is now worth living if only because of you." -RK

It's crazy to think that we are called to praise Him... even through trials. When all we feel like doing is laying in bed, staring at the ceiling, we are called to choose joy. We have a purpose in the world and it is to serve Him and bring all the glory we can to Him. I have set my eyes on heaven like nothing else. I cannot wait to walk with my savior, father, and lover. I cannot wait to have a brand new body without pain or sorrows. I've also been learning that although we have the hope of heaven and this place on earth is not our home, we still have things to do here. So although I am "home-sick" I am not consumed.
